Boilers are often recommended for people who suffer asthma, allergies and respiratory infections because of the cleanliness. The heat from the pipes spreads evenly across the surface of the floor. There are no cold spots in the corners and no drafts. Everything sitting on the floor, such as tables and chairs, are warmed up and help to further radiate heat. The temperature from floor to ceiling never varies more than three degrees from the thermostat setting. The equipment takes up no living space and doesn’t require furniture to be arranged to accommodate it. It doesn’t create an eyesore or make any noise. Plus, radiant floor allows for the easy set up of zone control. A thermostat in each room provides independent temperature control. This caters to room occupancy, requirements and preferences and helps to trim running costs. Radiant flooring is wonderfully energy efficient and saves money on monthly utility bills.
